Services
Two services, and most clients need both, because collecting the kit and destroying what is on it happen on the same visit.
The van collects, and the drives are sanitised before anything else is touched. You get a certificate for each one with the drive serial printed on it, so that when somebody asks what happened to a particular machine the answer is on paper rather than in someone's memory. Where the kit still has value, that comes back to you and usually covers the collection. Where it does not, we say so before we book a date.
Most enquiries start with a cupboard, a store room or a pallet in the comms room, and a rough idea of what is in it. That is enough to work from: counting it, logging it by serial and sorting what still sells from what gets recycled is the job we turn up to do.
The third thing on this page is Obex, a consumer privacy product rather than a business service. It sits here because it comes from the same discipline: find the data, prove where it is, then get rid of it properly.
