The hardware is much the same everywhere. What differs is what you have to be able to prove afterwards, and to whom.
A school answers to its governors and a data protection lead, and can rarely take a collection in term time. A GP practice answers to the Data Security and Protection Toolkit, which asks for evidence rather than assurances. A company answers to an auditor who wants to know where last year's machines went, and will not be satisfied by the fact that somebody took them away. Each page below sets out what that sector has to evidence, and what we hand over so it can.
If your sector is not listed the process is the same anyway, because collecting, sanitising, documenting and crediting back does not change with the industry, only the paperwork does, so tell us what you have and we will tell you which of it you need.
